Our complimentary service saves clients time by enabling them to leverage our event dining relationships and expertise while managing the entire event venue procurement process from start to finish.
DINEvent is a no cost service to our clients. We are paid exclusively by the dining venue supplier(s).

INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE: Our proprietary National Event Dining Database (NEDD) includes Dining Venue specs, contacts, capacities AND most importantly, reviews from past clients.
EXPERIENCE: DINEvent account managers are seasoned professionals with an average of ten years of industry experience. The DINEvent team is comprised of former Food and Beverage Directors of Sales and Sales Managers, and Meeting and Event Planners. With this wealth of experience, DINEvent offers the client invaluable insight into the site selection process.
The Agreement…If your organization is agreeable with our services, we will begin the initial venue search for food and beverage event venues requiring a contracted space. The following services are complimentary to meeting planners.
The Requirements…The planner will provide the basic requirements for the event including desired location(s), preferred dates and time, point of origin, set-up, and any other details that are pertinent to the initial search by completing the Request Form.
The Research…We will search our database which includes Dining Venue specs, contacts, capacities AND most importantly reviews from past clients. Specific Dining Venues requested by the planner will be included, as well those that we have found that fit your requirements.
Sending the Lead/RFP…Requests for proposals will be sent out to the Dining Venues. We will compile all of the information we receive back from the venues into GRID format and send the results of our search to you.
Narrowing the decision…Using the Venue Proposal (GRID) provided, you will select one or more Dining Venues that you are interested in pursuing, and we will request additional information and further considerations from the venue(s). We will also take this time to set up any site visits you request, which will allow you to meet the staff and become more familiar with the venue(s).
The Final Contender…You select the Dining Venue of your choice.
Your Site has been Selected...The process is complete. It is now time for us to step back and let you begin to work directly with the Dining Venue. We will continue to assist in any way possible.

The only requirement we have is your group must require a contracted space. A contracted space might be a private dining room, restaurant buyout, hotel banquet event, or any other booking that isn't a simple main dining restaurant reservation (that pretty much sums it up).
