Meet Our Team

We have spoken on the phone, emailed back and forth and sent GRIDs via carrier pigeon BUT chances are, we’ve never met in person! DINEvent would love to get to know you so let’s start here.

A Minnesota native, Amanda Lange (right center) has been producing seamless affairs since 2005. After University of St. Thomas, her career launched at Parasole Restaurant Holdings in Minneapolis, where she led a team of sales and event managers across seven Parasole restaurants and implemented the group’s 40,000-member loyalty program – Parasole Dining Club. In 2010, DINEvent was launched with great response. Longing for year-round sunshine, Lange hung up her mid-west lifestyle for Arizona, from which DINEvent’s reach stretched to all corners of the world. Her proven track record of success and industry leading concepts soon catered to full-service event planning and management clients; from there, DINEvent Premium emerged.

Rachel Riefberg (left center) is DINEvent’s resident Event Sales Manager and mastermind of marketing. Following a college career at Arizona State University with several years of sales and recruiting, this Connecticut native and consummate planner joined the DINEvent team in 2016. Riefberg’s role takes her across the country sourcing countless unforgettable venues for her clients. Riefberg brings an incredible attention to detail and is adored for her positive energy, can-do attitude and sense of humor. A natural planner, Riefberg keeps everyone at DINEvent on track with to-do’s, creative ideas and interesting destinations.

Anayis Melikian (right) hails from Philadelphia, where her interest in the events industry was first sparked by her experience with an area catering firm. A 2014 graduate of College of Charleston with a double major in Hospitality & Tourism Management and Business Administration, Melikian joined our squad in 2018 as Director of Business Development. Her professionalism and enthusiastic spirit put clients at ease and ensure a positive planning experience from day one. Melikian is a calm and collected soul, ready for a creative challenge and a team collaboration.

Dawn Verdone (left) is a mid-west native with a Grand Canyon State heart. In 2013, this Metropolitan State University grad with a lot of spunk and loads of ambition was hired as DINEvent’s very first employee. Today, she is the company’s Vice President – a true Jane of all trades. Verdone’s unwavering attention to detail, keen eye for composition, and logistical mastery ensure that each and every sourced venue is a masterpiece. Dawn is as cool as a cucumber and as sharp as a tack.

We’d love to learn about Y-O-U! Comment below and share how you got your start in the industry, what you are working on now and what you love most about hospitality.

Always setting the table,
