On-Site Event Support

At DINEvent, one of the services clients most deeply appreciate is our on-site support and staffing. It’s where planning meets execution, and where so many of the moving parts come alive. Today, we’re shining a spotlight on a recent event where we had the privilege of staffing the floor and creating real-time solutions, because in our world, the magic often happens in the details.

A Return to the desert

This year marked the second annual engagement for with client and DINEvent team at the Arizona Biltmore, in Phoenix, AZ. With 1,500 attendees and a multi-day agenda, the stakes were high! Each day, we staffed between 6 and 12 team members, depending on the on-site needs. Some days required a lighter footprint; others demanded more hands for registration, hospitality, transportation coordination, room transitions, and last-minute guest requests.

The Arizona Biltmore, with its gorgeous grounds, historic spaces, and elegant meeting rooms, gave us a beautiful canvas to work on. However, like all venues of a certain scale, it has its quirks, like room logistics, flow issues, and timing constraints, that only a seasoned on-the-ground crew can adapt to quickly.
