2023 Sourcing Statistics

In 2023, DINEvent received over 450 qualified Requests For Proposals through Agency Partner referrals, word-of-mouth, and our social media presence. Fortunately, thanks to the strong relationships we have established with our Dining Partners, DINEvent turned over half of these requests into commissionable event bookings!

Scenes from the sky…

Our most sourced markets tend to be pretty similar year-over-year. Our top two markets in 2023 were NYC and Chicago. Following these were Las Vegas, the D.C. metro area, and the San Fran/Bay Area metro area. Not far behind sat Boston and Nashville.

While all of these cities topped our 2022 list, Nashville was the exception! I’m not surprised Nashville has moved into a highly sourced city as it seems to be increasingly popular. My sister and I visited there early 2020 — read about our weekend trip here.

DINEvent’s most booked cities do not perfectly overlap with our most requested cities. For example, even though we received a high number of requests for Las Vegas, it didn’t rank as one of the highest booked last year, but it’s definitely possible that could change again for 2024!

In contrast, many top requested cities did in fact become most-booked cities. NYC and Chicago ranked the highest for most booked, with D.C., Boston and Nashville as close seconds. Not far behind were Las Vegas and San Fran/Bay Area. Orlando and San Diego also produced high booking results.

As you likely know, DINEvent’s complimentary venue sourcing services are available anywhere in the United States. Our only two requirements are that you book a contracted event and have a budget of $2,000++ or greater. We hope to work with you in 2024!
